This place was pretty good. For Green Bay it was great! I had the spicy pork ramen, spring rolls, pot stickers, and a kids ramen. It was all good. I'll come back.
Good selection of ramen, poke and apps. The tonkatsu pork was tasty and smoky, the poke was good (small portions of protein though). The chicken katya was good- very filling portion, spring rolls were a bit on the greasy side. Large portion of edamame. Great music and ambiance.
The food was great. The space was clean. My only issue is that they use plastic bowls and plates without a way to recycle them. Very wasteful. They could use real dishes too! I bet a local potter would love to make some ramen bowls.
The ramen was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed the chicken karaage. The service was quick and I liked the decorations they had in place from various animes.
This anime-themed ramen restaurant was a delightful experience from start to finish. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide variety of ramen options that cater to every taste preference.
First time here tonight & will not be the last! Wow! Fantastic Poke bowl. White or brown rice or salad, plus many protein options and add-ins! It was almost overwhelming with so many options! My Poke bowl was fresh and flavorful! And all came at a reasonable price!!
Ok, so when you're in Green Bay and you search for chicken katsu in Yelp, you come up with maybe one listing and I think that listing is all the way down in Appleton. I only discovered this place by driving by it on my way home from work yesterday and thought, "I'm going to stop in tomorrow and try it. ". They opened at 11 on Saturday so I placed an online order through their online online service and picked up my food, then went home. Relatively quick, I would just check in periodically because the online order system doesn't notify you when your food is ready. Opened up the container and I was pleasantly surprised for $13. The chicken was well cooked, thin, extremely crispy with the breading. The Katsu sauce tasted like it was made in house, very reminiscent of what I've had in Japan. And the rice, was your typical sticky rice, which was average. What I probably add an extra ounce of Katsu sauce? I would. A small container like that doesn't go very far and if you have someone that really likes the sauce as I do, you're going to need more. Other than that, it was a very good meal. I'm excited to see what the Ramen is like the next time I go back. Would very much suggest trying them out.
